RED BARON 3V Mustang: Big Track Wing, cut bumper and dumped exhaust

Brent has added some new updates to the Red Baron track focused Mustang.

Brent built himself a big rear wing for track duty! There's not a lot of details or in process photos of the build of the wing. He did send some in process pics of the install on the car. The wing is a foam core shaped and then covered in carbon fiber. The wing is 65" long and 11" wide. The length was determined by the foam core piece. haha

The wing is adjustable for angle of attack by pivoting on the front of the wing stands. Here's some pics.

Here is a look at the length and width of the wing and its airfoil.

Here is a view of the end plate. Brent left it squared off for now and can always trim it or shape it later.

Here is the wing on the trunk for a test fit.

Wing stands are painted and bolted down.
Now with wing element installed after being painted.

Here it is all finished up and out for some beauty shots!
Side profile with the Tehachapi mountains in the background!
Great view here! #stickaxlegang stickers in place!

Next mod up to mention is the rear bumper cut out to allow rear airflow to not drag on the bumper cover like a parachute.
Brent painted the bumper support underneath to clean up the look

Peeking through the underside here is the last mod to mention. Brent added some turn downs to the exhaust. The plans are to have his buddy weld up some side exit exhaust pipes for the full Trans Am racer vibe!
