Coolest cars of 2008 part 3: Hyundai Genesis Coupe 2.0T

OK, so of all the many cars and car platforms that got me excited this year, I'd have to say that the 2010 Hyundai Genesis Coupe with the 210/220hp 2.0L Turbo 4 cylinder with its 6 speed manual and independent 5 link rear wheel drive was the car that got me the most excited. I originally posted about this car in March of this year when the first "production" coupes were shown at the big auto shows. Since then it was officially released, very successfully I might add, in its home country of Korea.
Besides the obvious FR (front engine, rear drive) design, the Genesis Coupe has a lot of great attributes. Here's just a few that are known.
Base 2.0T price is about $20,000.
A Track model with 19" wheels, Brembo 4 piston brakes all around, limited slip diff, bigger sway bars and stiffer springs.
A R-spec model which is supposed to be a plane jane version with all the track goodies for a cheaper price.
The engine is the same basic engine (4B11T) as the new EVO X. See Buschur Racing and many others for the potential of this bad new engine (i.e. 407whp with cams, bigger turbo, exh, intake, intercooler and piping and reflashed ecu at 24psi).
Seating for 4
All the newest required safety features (air bags up the wazzoo)
Cool coupe styling

Here's a few of my favorite pics of some modified Genesis Coupes.
